The latest thing they're adding to their resume -- doesn't have to do with basketball or cancer -- it's helping to save someone from a war-torn country.
Here's how it happened.
Back in 2020, Sideline Cancer competed for a chance to win $1,000,000 in TBT Tournament on ESPN.

ALTOONA - Several cemeteries in Altoona rely on volunteers to maintain its grounds. But it appears there's not enough help to keep them maintained.
A portion of the Oak Ridge Cemetery is well kept. But further up the hill, the weeds are almost as tall as the headstones. The names on the headstones are strangers to Matthew Lindsey. He doesn't have any loved ones buried at Oak Ridge. But after driving past the area again and again, he had to do something about the tall grass.

The student club has been at Penn State since 1955 but has been without a permanent home for the past five years.
Officials say renovations at Pennypacker Hall forced the club out, and they're currently working with the university to find a permanent place to show their trail models.

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — There's a difference between private schools and parochial schools in Pennsylvania and the State College School District is citing that difference as a major factor in asking that a federal lawsuit against the district be dismissed.
In July, two sets of parents joined the Religious Rights Foundation of Pennsylvania in a federal suit against the State College School District, claiming the district unfairly discriminates against home school and parochial students, specifically in not allowing them to participate in school district extracurricular activities.
