Police say officers were notified of the alleged assaults earlier this month after the victim reported being sexually assaulted by 19-year-old William Douglas. Investigators say the victim recalled multiple incidents where she was reportedly assaulted by Douglas and "forced" to engage in sexual activity.

ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Two people are facing multiple drug charges after officers responded to a fatal overdose in Elk County Wednesday, according to police. According to a criminal complaint, Crystal Hause, 37, arranged a meeting through Facebook messages to meet Dustin Smith, 39, in order to purchase drugs for the victim. Police say that, once Hause obtained the drugs, she delivered them to the victim who then smoked heroin and fentanyl.

SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police say a 19-year-old Somerset man is facing charges after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl and providing her with marijuana and vapes. According to the affidavit, police say the girl reported in late January that she had allegedly been provided with various vapes by Caleb Lambert. Police say the victim also claimed that she had engaged in sexual activity with Lambert.
