CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Cambria County say a Richland Township man is behind bars following accusations that he physically and sexually assaulted a woman during a domestic dispute. According to the affidavit, Richland Township police were contacted on Monday to investigate an alleged assault that had occurred earlier that morning. Police say the victim told officers that she had been in an argument with 22-year-old Logan Moore at his residence along Theatre Drive.
