Walker, who spent seven seasons in a Bucs uniform, recently retired from Major League Baseball following a 12-year career. UPDATE | The Blair County Coroner has identified the I-99 crash victim as Judith Pleskonko, 69, of Philipsburg. According to first responders in Centre County, Plesonko was the acting Centre County Deputy Coroner. Investigators say Pleskonko was reportedly traveling in the southbound lane on I-99 and was involved in a separate crash just moments before being struck. State police say Pleskonko's vehicle, after the initial crash, crossed into the northbound lane through an emergency crossover and came to rest in the northbound lane facing south.
